This is where you can get out of the car and get in amongst the animals. Start with a stroll along the specially designed viewing platform. From here, you can get up close and personal with our Rothschild’s giraffes and Grant’s zebras. Both have unique patterns on their coat so our keepers can tell who’s who. Easiest to spot is our breeding male giraffe, Thorn, who towers above all the rest.





You can also walk side by side with our ring-tailed lemurs, who often look like they are doing yoga whilst sunbathing. And then there’s red-necked wallabies to meet, as well as pygmy goats and warthogs. If you’re feeling peckish, you can do a bit of grazing yourself in the café, which has stunning views over the park.
